Maybe Fowler let you down [gasp of shock and utter disbelief], but this is what I got when I clicked on the link:
"Oh no, you're lost!
It appears you've missed you're intended destination, either through a bad or outdated link, or a typo in the page you were hoping to reach."

False. Andy did NOT let us down; rather, I let us down. I copied and pasted an errant "space" into the URL, which caused the problem.
Fixed!
