Mark it on your calendar now, July 13th. It's your freebie tip 'o the day. In honor of "Cow Appreciation Day," Chik-fil-a is giving out a free combo meal or a free kids meal for anyone who comes in dressed from head to toe as a cow on July 13th. If you come in partially dressed (i.e. a cow purse or a cow hat, etc.) you can get a free entree. There are ideas at this link and more details, too. For instance, they suggest coloring an old white t-shirt with a marker to make cow shirts . . .

In college, I had a friend who had a cow suit. It was disturbing to see my male friends with utters.

I agree with A-Ger. That is disturbing, and I feel that all cow suits should be sans utters. As Angela from "The Office" would say, "That's whorish."

This is a tip for those who might run where giant swarms of gnats sometimes loiter by the side of the road. This tip stems from a run on the Mayan Riviera in Mexico, but I've encountered swarms of gnats in Virginia and Kentucky as well. After your run, always stop and look in a mirror before going into public. Otherwise, you might actually complete a transaction at the resort store and greet five people before realizing you have up to 15 gnats stuck to your face and neck.
