Dinner Tip of the Day
Fry up some chicken in something you may not normally fry chicken up in. My favorite right now is putting a big spoonful of garlic mustard in the fry pan and added the chicken. It is super tasty, there all sorts of flavors built into garlic mustard, and less fatty than oil.

Nice tip...also good is Italian dressing, salsa, and teriaki sauce (I even mix the salsa and teriaki sometimes - yum!).

And, wines, beers, soy sauces, balsamic vinaigrettes, etc. are all great as well. My favorite "cocktail" is olive oil, balsamic, fresh garlic and rosemary. Mmm. I'm getting hungry!

In Italy, we had these breadsticks that were made with rosemary - AMAZING. We all bought some at the grocery store. I had to choose when to open it cause as soon as I did, they were gone.

Someone gave us a great collection of bread dipping spices, one of which has rosemary in it…em, yummy!

Rosemary and thyme are both great for chicken, although I have to admit that I always use olive or canola oil. They are mostly the good kind of fat, and have no trans-fats at all.
