House Tip of the Day

A big big house may not be all its cracked up to be. That's a whole lot to clean. If you really really hate cleaning, a 300 square foot house may just be the thing for you.
Cleaning, at least, seems a snap – the whole house in just one or two Swiffer laps.

May I add that when you are selling a house, the buyers will demand fewer repairs if the house is smaller! Less stuff can go wrong!

I sure hope thats Canadian dollars, but its still crazy expensive, like $122,857 USD. JCo, how much do you think we could make if we sold just our living room?

I also thought the $139K was OVER the top! Maybe it's in a great location. But it didn't look like it. Or, maybe it's the novelty of buying such a small house, similar to buying a small car like a mini-coop. Or maybe we're just way too used to our low cost of living here in central KY. Incidentally, my neighbor with my exact townhouse is selling her house for about 15K more than I bought mine for 6 months ago! She'll never get it...
