Flowers Tip of the Day

Recently I've been VERY impressed with the quality of the floral section at your local Kroger! Specifically, I'm referring to the Kroger on Boston Road. If you need flowers, start there first. You will be shocked an appalled at the selection, and the friendly staff who can help you wrap and arrange whatever flowers you pick out. (Just don't forget your Kroger plus card!)

Hmmmm, this tip makes me wonder just how often Jay buys flowers! I mean, if he's noticed a difference between Kroger at different locations and all...

This is a tip for those who might run where giant swarms of gnats sometimes loiter by the side of the road. This tip stems from a run on the Mayan Riviera in Mexico, but I've encountered swarms of gnats in Virginia and Kentucky as well. After your run, always stop and look in a mirror before going into public. Otherwise, you might actually complete a transaction at the resort store and greet five people before realizing you have up to 15 gnats stuck to your face and neck.
