There seems to be a lot of dating advice swarming our little tip site of late! Intriguing. Your auntie Vander is here to help. Here are some classy pick-up lines to get conversation going on that awkward first date:

"If you were a booger, I'd pick you first."

"Do you have a BOYfriend? . . . How about a MANfriend?"

"Did it hurt?"
"What?"
"Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?" (Be careful with this one. Theologically it sort of implies that the girl is Satan; that's not flattering. Well, maybe in some circles. Anyway, be cautious.)

haha! I never thought that the "falling from heaven" line implied the girl is Satan before...but, when you think of it that way....that's hilarious! haha!

This is a tip for those who might run where giant swarms of gnats sometimes loiter by the side of the road. This tip stems from a run on the Mayan Riviera in Mexico, but I've encountered swarms of gnats in Virginia and Kentucky as well. After your run, always stop and look in a mirror before going into public. Otherwise, you might actually complete a transaction at the resort store and greet five people before realizing you have up to 15 gnats stuck to your face and neck.
